Launch of the Link Transit/Farmers Market 'Green Bag'.

  • The Wenatchee Valley Farmers Market and Link Transit Trolley's have teamed up for the 2008 season to bring you the 'Green Bag'. The Market is giving away (free) Market bags made of a 100% recycled material. Bag in hand the bearer of the bag may ride the Wenatchee and East Wenatchee Trolley for free on the Wednesday and Saturday Market days! Bags will also be available at various downtown businesses - look for the 'Green Bag' window sticker. Sponsors listed on 'The Market this Week' will be giving away bags from their business.

  • DUMP THE PUMP AND MEET ME AT THE MARKET!

  • Summer has finally arrived in the Wenatchee Valley! Each week more local produce is arriving in the market. If we don't have it in the market then it's not 'local'. Summer greens, cherries, apriums, peaches, apricots, peas, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, potatoes, beets, green beans, onions, fresh 'hormone and antibiotic free, grain fed' eggs, honey, apple cider, pie cherries, pie apples, hot peppers, sweet peppers, fresh flowers and more. Quincy corn has arrived!

  • The Wenatchee Valley Farmers Market Share program is now underway! Remember to pick up your 'Share' each Wednesday. Any unclaimed 'Shares' will be donated to a local food bank.

WE GUARANTEE ALL YOUR PRODUCE WILL BE GROWN LOCALLY! All fruit and veg in our Market Share are grown and harvested in Grant, Chelan and Douglas Counties.
Please e-mail the Market or call Betty Watkins (509)-548-1465, if you have any questions about your 'Share'.
