Cooking w/ Ruth Leslie and the Country Kitchen

Wenatchee Valley Farmers Market is proud to partner with Country Financial and bring you Cooking with Ruth Leslie and the Country Kitchen!
The last Saturday of the month, May – October, WVFM will be taking over the commercial kitchen at Pybus Public Market to bring you cooking demos with Ruth made with ingredients from the market! She will take you through the traditional recipe AND the allergen free recipe.
Ruth Leslie relies on experience as a baker, nutrition coordinator, bed and breakfast innkeeper,
teahouse proprietor, and cooking instructor to share her allergen-free recipes tailored to please
every appetite and meet dietary needs. Her easy-to-follow cookbook Then and Now yields tasty dishes for all
hours of the day. Included with her recipes are anecdotes that provide a little about Ruth, her
family history, and valuable advice about healthy food choices.
