Apple of My Pie

Last summer my family and I started vending at the Wenatchee Valley Farmers Market. Much to our delight, and customer’s pleasure, we started small by making tart apples pies with a flaky crust. By mid-summer we had developed more recipes to include peach, strawberry-rhubarb, and berry pies. We source our fruit from here in the valley and Washington state. We try to showcase the fruit in the pie by keeping the sugar low. I love to see the happiness and surprise in our customer’s expressions when they sample. We are happy to share our love of creative baking with the community.
