Timm and Lori Taff built the company on two values: a love for people and great coffee. Each artisan roasted bag offers a unique question designed to stimulate conversations.

This market season Conversatio Coffee celebrates 10 years of roasting! What began as unique roasting profiles has expanded to include a mobile unit with a unique drink menu and house-made syrups.

Josh Peterson was passionate about sustainable farming and grew produce to sell at the local Farmers Market. Tragically, Josh, passed away in 2023 so his family decided to carry on his dream of farming by growing vegetables and flowers, just like their son did.
