Baked good entries will be accepted Saturday, October 29th from 8:30-10:30 am at the Country Baking Tent. Judging will begin at 11:00 am. At the time of submission all entries must include the full recipe (preferably typed) listing all ingredients with measurements, instructions, and baking times. ALL recipes may be published if entrant agrees to disclose their recipe and sign a release.  Also, a short biography and/or history of your recipe may be submitted with your entry. Baking containers may be picked up after judging and awards will be at approximately 12:30 pm at the Country Baking Tent.

Entries (amount required for judging) as follows: 

Pies must be a full-size pie (minimum 8-inch pie)
Cakes must be full-size (minimum of 8-inch square OR round)
Cupcakes/Muffins (minimum of 1 dozen)
Cookies/Bars (minimum of 1 dozen)
Breads (must be a full size loaf at lease 8-inch loaf pan size)

Scoring will be based on the following: 

Appearance (20)
Consistancy (20)
Texture (20)
Flavor (20)
Originality (20)
